"Holiday" Solo- Rhythm Guitar

For this lesson, we’ll show you how to play the rhythm guitar part for the solo on Green Day’s “Holiday.” It’s very similar to what we’ve already covered in previous lessons, from the progression to the strum pattern and swing feel. It’s a fun and familiar part to learn as an accompaniment to the lead!

By the end of this lesson you will have played:

• Chords: Fm, Db, Ab, Eb and C
• Alternate Strumming
• Slides
• String Muting
• Swing Feel
